This policy explains what information Clean Neen collects, from website visitors and from clients we onboard for campaigns, how we use it, and the choices you have. Clean Neen is operated by Inicious Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Clean Neen", "we", "us").

1. Information We Collect

We collect different information depending on how you interact with us.

From website visitors

Our website does not use contact forms or tracking cookies at this time. If you email or call us using the links on our site, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and phone number.

From clients during onboarding

When you engage Clean Neen for a campaign, we collect your name, company name, GST details (where applicable), billing address, contact information, campaign preferences and locations, and payment details required to invoice and deliver the service, as set out in your signed Service Agreement.

Campaign documentation

As part of service delivery, we capture geo-tagged photographs and video of campaign locations before and after execution. This is shared with the client as proof of work and may, with separate consent, be used in our own portfolio or marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the reverse graffiti campaign you have engaged us for, including design, execution, and documentation
To issue quotations, invoices, and process payments
To communicate with you about your campaign, including scheduling and approvals
To obtain and document property owner or occupant consent (NOC) for a given location
To respond to enquiries sent via email or phone
With your separate consent, to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell client or visitor information. We may share information with:

Service providers who support our operations, such as our hosting provider and payment processing partners
Property owners or occupants, where relevant, to document NOC for a campaign location
Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law

4. Data Retention

We retain client and campaign records, including invoices and NOC documentation, for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance under Indian law. Website enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.

5. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us, subject to our legal and contractual obligations (such as retaining invoices for tax purposes). To make a request, email us at hello@cleanneen.com.

6. Cookies and Third-Party Content

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser contacting Google's servers. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
